How do I reset my password?

Resetting Your PANTERA Password

  1. Open the PANTERA App: Launch the app on your mobile device.

  2. Navigate to Login: Go to the login screen.

  3. Tap "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password": Look for this option, usually located below the login fields.

  4. Enter Your Email Address: Type the email address associated with your PANTERA account into the provided field.

  5. Receive Reset Instructions: Check your email inbox for an email from PANTERA. This email will contain a link or instructions on how to reset your password.

  6. Follow the Instructions: Click on the link in the email or follow the instructions provided to create a new password for your account.

  7. Confirm and Log In: Once you've successfully reset your password, you can use your new credentials to log in to the PANTERA app.

If you're having trouble receiving the reset email:

  • Ensure you've entered the correct email address.
